Build Knowledge

Learn with a Cohort

At the end of the cohort experience, you'll apply your knowledge in a microcapstone.

Be Part of a National Network

Applications are open for the 2026 Project Unicorn Emerging Leaders Cohort.

Who Should Apply? Early career district and charter leaders are eligible to apply, especially those who feel siloed or are just starting their interoperability journey. This also applies to those seeking support and interested in cohort-based learning. Personnel from educational service agencies, support agencies, and state agencies are also welcome to apply!

Eligibility Requirements: To be a part of this cohort, participants must sign the School Network Pledge, complete the School System Data Survey, and be within their first five years in their role.

What do cohort participants receive? Through a series of interactive, virtual workshops and meetings from leading experts in data interoperability, you'll learn the basics and explore emerging trends and hot topics.
